According to part four of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the Strategy of upgrade and development of the Pension fund of Ukraine for the period till 2020 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 672-r, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration, production and issue of the documents confirming appointment to person of pension which is applied.

2. Determine that the pension certificates issued before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the termination of their effective period or before their replacement in accordance with the established procedure for new.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of March 25, 2004 No. 4-1 "About the Accounting treatment, storages, registrations and issues of pension certificates in the Pension fund of Ukraine and its bodies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 06, 2004 at No. 427/9026 (with changes).

4. To legal department (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board Mashkin V. G.
