Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. No. 354 "About free pass of pensioners on common carrier" to add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 1993 with Item 1-1 - the following content:

"1-1. Determine that the right to free pass is granted in the presence of the certificate of the established sample or the reference, and in case of implementation of the automated system of accounting of payment of journey - also electronic ticket which is registered in the specified system and it is issued on a grant basis.".

2. Item 11 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 No. 226 "About improvement of education, training, social protection and material security of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 8, Art. 194; 2003, No. 36, the Art. 1947) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of introduction of the automated system of accounting of payment of journey realization of the right to free pass in public urban (suburban) passenger transport is performed by registration of the electronic ticket in the automated system of accounting of payment of journey.".
