About approval of the scope of information about documents on confirmation of conformity which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and procedure for receipt of such data
According to item 4 of Article 80 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Determine that by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union when implementing information exchange within general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions" data on the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity of products to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union), the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity on products included in the single list of products can be received subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity with issue of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity in single form (further - documents on confirmation of conformity), after entry into force of the order of Board of the Eurasian economic commission providing enforcement of the specified general process.
2. Approve enclosed the scope of information about documents on confirmation of conformity which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and procedure for receipt of such data.
