About modification and amendments in the Law on beekeeping No. 70/2006
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on beekeeping No. 70/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 754) to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Article 3:
in the concept "breeding certificate of queen bee" of the word "on the uterus intended" shall be replaced with words "on breeding the uterus intended";
in the concept "certificate of breeding livestock farm (apiary)" of the word "approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry and issued by the Agency of veterinary sanitation and safety of animal products" shall be replaced with words "approved and issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment".
2. In Article 6:
Item f) to declare invalid;
Item g) to state in the following edition:
"g) combine with other beekeepers for creation of different associations of beekeepers according to provisions of the Law on groups of agricultural producers and their associations No. 312/2013 and the Law on public associations No. 837/1996.".
3. In Article 7:
Item d) to state in the following edition:
"d) provide entering into the passport of apiary of records about all preventive and medical actions for fight against diseases of bees, apiary addresses on migration, and also (in case of breeding apiary) results of bonitation of bee colonies according to requirements of the current legislation;";
in Item j) shall be replaced with words the word "licenses" "the certificate of breeding livestock farm (apiary)".
4. In part (Article 8 of the word "it can be limited to local council." shall be replaced with words 3) "and also the quantity of the bee families placed on migration can be limited to local council, giving preference to local beekeepers.".
5. In Article 11:
