About the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods

According to Items 3 and 10 of Article 120 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve enclosed:

the application form about release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods;

Procedure for filling of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods;

Order of registration or refusal in registration of a statement about release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods.

2. Ask state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide completion of information systems according to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission providing approval of structure and format of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods till July 1, 2018.

3. Determine that till July 1, 2018 the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods only in document type on paper is applied.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017.
