1. Make additions to the Procedure for maintaining accounts by commercial banks in foreign currency approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 5, 1998 No. 232 (рег. No. 511 of October 22, 1998), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The additions made to the Procedure for maintaining accounts by commercial banks in foreign currency

1. Add Item 2.4 with the subitem "zh1" the following content:

"1) are paid in the form of dividends;".

2. Add with Item 4.41 of the following content:

"4.41. The amounts which are registered on accounts of the physical persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity can according to the order of the account holder be used for commodity import payment (works, services).".
