About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of permission to use of the patented invention (useful model) or the registered configuration of semiconductor products
According to article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to inventions and useful models" and article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to configuration of semiconductor products" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for permission to use of the patented invention (useful model) or the registered configuration of semiconductor products which is applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 1994 No. 516 "About procedure for provision of permission to use of the patented invention (useful model) or the patented industrial design without the consent of the owner of the patent, but with payment of the corresponding compensation to it" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, the Art. 273);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 444 "About the Procedure for provision by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for permission to use of the invention (useful model), industrial design or topography of integral chip without the consent of the owner of the rights to them, but with payment of the corresponding compensation to it" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 14, the Art. 528).
