to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 30, 2017 No. UP-5269
1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 1994 No. UP-795 "About Measures for Strengthening of Control of Observance of the Tax and Customs Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the word "inquiry" shall be replaced with words "investigation verification and inquiry".
2. In paragraph three of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 1997 No. UP-1815 "About Formation of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the word "inquiries" shall be replaced with words "investigation verifications, inquiries".
3. In Regulations on the Department on fight against tax, currency offenses and legalization of the criminal income under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2006 No. PP-331:
