About realization of pilot project on carrying out monitoring of land relations and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, Public service on geodesy, cartography and the inventory on realization since September 1, 2017 of pilot project on carrying out monitoring of land relations.
2. Approve the Procedure for realization of pilot project on carrying out monitoring of land relations which is applied.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. Recommend to local government bodies to take part in information exchange on carrying out monitoring of land relations.
5. To the ministries, to another central and to local executive bodies together with other state bodies to provide information exchange for the purpose of increase in openness and transparency in the field of land relations.
6. To the Ministry of Justice to consider question of possibility of attraction of the international technical assistance for the purpose of enhancement of the software of the State register of the rights to real estate for realization of the mechanism of carrying out monitoring of land relations.
7. To the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food:
promulgate information on realization of pilot project on carrying out monitoring of land relations on the official website;
tax till March 31, 2018. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine report on results of realization of pilot project.
