About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning accreditation of educational activities

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure of carrying out accreditation of the educational organizations / programs according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National accreditation council under authorized state body in the field of education" of August 4, 2014 No. 438 the following changes:

in Regulations on National accreditation council under the authorized state body in the field of education approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Tasks of Council are:

- consideration of requests from the organizations and adoption of the objective decision on recognition/refusal in their recognition as the accreditation agencies;

- implementation of monitoring of observance by the accreditation agencies of requirements imposed to their activities.";

- in Item 7:

in paragraph four to replace the word of "three" with the word of "two";

in paragraph five to exclude the word of "observation";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"-two representatives of the educational organizations realizing programs initial, average and higher education, not being heads of these organizations;";
