About approval of regulatory legal acts on accreditation in the field of education
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 1, 24 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on National accreditation council under authorized state body in the field of education according to appendix 1;
- Regulations on procedure for recognition and monitoring of activities of the accreditation agencies in the field of education according to appendix 2;
- Requirements and criteria to accreditation in the field of education according to appendix 3.
2. To make financing of expenses on accreditation within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
