About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2016 No. 180

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2016 No. 180 "About approval of the State program "Culture of Belarus" for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.03. 2016, 5/41814) following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 1 of article 9 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on culture the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "the customer – the coordinator" shall be replaced with words "the responsible customer";

1.3. in item 4:

shall be replaced with words the words "The Customer — the Coordinator" "The responsible customer";

state subitem 4.1 in the following edition:

"4.1. according to the procedure, established by the legislation, annually submits the report on results of implementation of the State program;";

1.4. in the State program "Culture of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:

1.4.1. in Chapter 1 of the word "the laws of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 1991 "Ab of culture ў Respublitsy Belarus" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of SSR Belaruskay, 1991, No. 20, art. 291; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 87, 2/1031) "shall be replaced with words" the code of the Republic of Belarus about culture, the laws of the Republic of Belarus";

1.4.5. state Chapter 7 in the following edition:

"Chapter 7. Financial provision of implementation of the State program

Sources of financing of actions of the State program are means republican and local budgets, own means of the organizations.

On implementation of the State program means in the amount of 2 980 049 665, of 31 rubles, including from the republican budget – 502 126 215 rubles, from local budgets – 1 956 588 673, the 11th ruble, own means of the organizations – 521 334 777, 2 rubles, including by years will be required:

2016 – 483 354 613, 31 ruble, from them the republican budget – 86 002 734 rubles, local budgets – 310 515 360, the 11th ruble, own means of the organizations – 86 836 519, 2 rubles;

2017 – 545 356 981 rubles, from them the republican budget – 93 078 893 rubles, local budgets – 356 868 056 rubles, own means of the organizations – 95 410 032 rubles;

The amounts of financing of subprogrammes constitute:

subprogrammes 1 "Heritage" – 938 717 724, the 25th ruble;

subprogrammes 2 "Art and creativity" – 1 934 398 949, the 39th ruble;

subprogrammes 3 "Archives of Belarus" – 103 848 413, the 47th ruble;

subprogrammes 4 "Belarusians in the world" – 3 084 578, 2 rubles.

Financial provision of implementation of the State program is provided according to appendix 2.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 1 "Heritage" is provided according to appendix 3.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 2 "Art and creativity" is provided according to appendix 4.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 3 "Archives of Belarus" is provided according to appendix 5.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 4 "Belarusians in the world" is provided according to appendix 6.";

1.4.6. in Chapter 8 part four:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word "areas" with the word to "sphere";

word in paragraph three of "crafts (crafts)" to replace with the word of "crafts";

1.4.7. in Chapter 9 part one "customer coordinator" shall be replaced with words the word "the responsible customer";

1.4.8. in paragraphs the second and eleventh Chapter 10 of the word of "crafts (crafts)" to replace with the word of "crafts";

1.4.9. in Chapter 11:

in the Section "The Characteristic of Current Status and the Forecast of Development of the Sphere of Culture regarding Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage, Museum and Library Science":

in word part one of "art crafts" shall be replaced with words "national art crafts";

from parts eleven and the fourteenth to exclude words of "especially valuable objects";

in paragraph four of part of twenty third "objects of archaeological heritage" shall be replaced with words words "archaeological objects";

in part six of the Section "Values of Target Indicators of the Subprogramme" of the word of "crafts (crafts)" and "art crafts (crafts)" to replace respectively with words of "crafts" and "national art crafts";

state the Section "Financial Provision of the Subprogramme" in the following edition:

"Financial provision of the subprogramme

The amount of financing of the subprogramme constitutes 938 717 724, the 25th ruble, including from the republican budget – 199 923 618, ruble, from local budgets – 644 709 447, the 25th ruble, at the expense of own means of the organizations – 94 084 658, 4 rubles, from them by years of realization:

2016 – 154 702 681, 25th ruble;

2017 – 170 565 717 rubles;

2018 – 187 321 363 rubles;

2019 – 203 951 159 rubles;

2020 – 222 176 804 rubles.

The amounts of financing are subject to refining proceeding from macroeconomic parameters of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus and opportunities republican and local budgets.";

1.4.10. in Chapter 12:

2017 – 21 246 686 rubles;

2018 – 23 669 040 rubles;

2019 – 22 139 461 rubles;

2019 – 628 546 rubles;

2020 – 736 080 rubles.

1.4.13. in appendix 1 to this State program:

to replace words of "crafts (crafts)" with the word of "crafts";

"club organizations" shall be replaced with words words "the club organizations";

1.4.14. to be reworded as follows appendices 2-6 to this State program (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitems 1. 1, 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 1.4.4, 1.4.6, of 1.4.8, paragraphs of the third or sixth, eighth or tenth subitem 1.4. 9, paragraph two of subitem 1.4.10 and subitem 1.4.13 of Item 1, which become effective since February 3, 2017.
