1. General provisions

1. The procedure, the procedure of recognition of competence of adults and validation (further - the Procedure) is developed based on article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education of adults" and establishes procedure and the procedure of recognition of competence of adults and validation in the field of education of adults.

2. Education of adults is determined and established taking into account professional training and self-training in training process for receipt of professional competence on requirements satisfaction of adults from educational institution of training of adults (further - educational organizations).

3. Training of adults will be organized for the purpose of rendering assistance to development of the identity of the person, continuous increase in professional competence, strengthening of creative potential and requirements satisfaction of adults to knowledge, skills and abilities, adaptation to requirements of the labor market, spiritual and personal development.
