Make the following changes to "The instruction for use gas", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 12, 2011 No. 80 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 5, Article 452; 2012, No. 2, Article 184; 2013, No. 6, Article 744; 2014, No. 1, Article 69; 2016, No. 4, Article 834):
1. at the end of subitem 6.1.6 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 6.1.7 of the following content:
"6.1.7. when carrying out special transaction against religious extremism, in zone of carrying out the specified transaction, based on instructions of the bodies performing special operation against religious extremism - the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Services of state security.".
2. in the first offer of Item 6.2 after the word "termination" to add with words "(except for termination case in connection with carrying out special transaction against religious extremism)".
3. in Item 6.7 of the word "subitem 6.1.2" shall be replaced with words "subitems 6.1.2 and 6.1.7" and after the specified Item to add with "Note" of the following content:
