About some questions connected with release of goods

According to Item 3 of Article 82,Items 3 and 4of Article 118,Item 20 of Article 120,Items 12 and 15of Article 124,item 4 of Article 125, and also Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods, refusal in release of goods and cancellation of release of goods, execution of decisions on suspension of term of release of goods, prolongation of term of such suspension and about their cancellation and also notifications on adoption of such decisions.

2. In Item 43 of the Procedure for the filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257:

a) the ninth subitem 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"data on suspension of term of release of the goods containing intellectual property items on prolongation of term of suspension of term of release of goods, about cancellation of suspension of term of release of such goods according to the qualifier of the decisions made by customs authorities;";

b) to state the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 4 in the following edition:
