For the purpose of ensuring increase in efficiency of carrying out obligatory technical inspection of vehicles the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 11, 2017 No. PP-3127 "About measures for further enhancement of system of safety of traffic" provides step-by-step transfer since January 1, 2018 to subjects of entrepreneurship - legal entities of function of divisions of Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding carrying out obligatory technical inspection of automobile vehicles of physical persons (further - automobile vehicles of physical persons), except for cargo, passenger and special vehicles, with establishment of fixed prices for the rendered services and requirements for interaction with law-enforcement bodies.
2. Determine that:
since January 1, 2018 when carrying out obligatory technical inspection of vehicles check of technical condition of automobile vehicles of physical persons can be also performed by subjects of entrepreneurship - legal entities;
since January 1, 2021 carrying out obligatory technical inspection of automobile vehicles of physical persons is performed by subjects of entrepreneurship - legal entities.
3. Make since January 1, 2018 changes and amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 31, 2003 No. 54 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out obligatory technical inspection of vehicles" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 1, the Art. 12) according to appendix.
