According to the Law of Ukraine "About insurance" and the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 4, 2003 N 292, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine
DECIDED:
1. Approve the Method of forming of reserves of life insurance it (is applied).
2. To department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Ignashchenko V. A.) and to submit to Legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) together with Department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Ignashchenko V. A.) in week time from the date of state registration of this order to address to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning cancellation of the order of Committee on cases of supervision of insurance activity of June 23, 1997 of N46 "About Approval of the Method of Forming of Reserves of Life Insurance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 1997 for N 262/2066.
4. Strakhovikam, obtained licenses for life insurance implementation, within half a year from the effective date this order to submit to Gosfinuslug the copy of the Regulations on forming of reserves on life insurance according to Item 7.3 of the Method of forming of reserves of life insurance approved by this order.
