About establishment of payment for issue of licenses
According to Item 5 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the market of financial services", the subitem 9 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 4, 2003 N 292, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Establish payment for the issue of licenses for implementation of certain types of financial services paid once for all effective period of the license (except licenses for carrying out specific type of insurance and license for activities on administration of non-state pension funds), according to calculation of the amount of payment for every year of use of the license for implementation of certain type of financial services (appendix 1).
Determine that the payment for licensing for implementation of activities for administration of non-state pension funds is paid in case of its obtaining disposable in the amount of 30 000 UAH.
2. Establish payment for renewal of the license and issue of the duplicate of the license according to the amount of payment for renewal of the license and for issue of the duplicate of the license (appendix 2).
