About Regulations on carrying out monitoring of the systemically important companies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of implementation of article 92 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and according to the Main directions of industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union till 2025 approved by the Decision of Eurasian intergovernmental council of April 30, 2021 No. 5, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on carrying out monitoring of the systemically important companies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
