I ORDER:

1. Bring in Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic "APKR-20. Rules of airborne transportations" the Ministries of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of January 27, 2016 No. 1, the following changes and amendments:

- Item 2.7. add with the paragraph third the following content:

"children from 2nd to 12 years (50% of the corresponding rate of airport and administrative charges established for one adult passenger).";

- Item 4.1. add with subitems of the following content:

"4.1.4. One adult passenger (full age) can take with himself one child aged up to two years (without provision of the certain place). The passenger can reserve for the child aged up to two years the certain place - in this case the ticket is drawn up, as on the child up to 12 years. For the second, third and subsequent children up to two years flying with one adult, air tickets are drawn up, as on children up to 12 years. Food onboard the aircraft is not provided to the child up to 2 years. It is forbidden to place two children on one chair;
