Approve the Procedure for issue of special permissions to carrying out separate types of activity in the territory of exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out it (is applied).

Procedure for issue of special permissions to carrying out separate types of activity in the territory of exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of issue, renewal, stop, cancellation and renewal of action of special permissions to carrying out separate types of activity (further special permissions) in the territory of exclusion zone and the zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out carried to the sphere of management of GAZO (further - GAZO).

2. Special permissions to legal entities and physical persons (further subjects of activities) are issued by GAZO.

3. For receipt of special permission to carrying out separate type of activity the subject of activities submits to GAZO the application in form according to appendix 1.
