About approval of the Instruction about procedure for transfer and application by bodies of state registration of identification codes of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine

On accomplishment of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 1998 I ORDER to N740 "About Procedure for State Registration of Subjects of Business Activity":

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for transfer and application by bodies of state registration of identification codes of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. GOTs of Goskomstat (Kramarev V. G.), regional and Kiev of managements of statistics to provide to the Chairman of Goskomstat of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs practical implementation of requirements of the Instruction.

3. To the head of finance and economy (Sorokina T. V.) provide financing of works according to this order.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
