Declare invalid the order of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine of June 17, 1998 No. 218 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for transfer and application by bodies of state registration of identification codes of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 1998 for No. 395/2835.

2. To department of statistical methodology (Ostapchuk Yu. M.):

2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of territorial authorities of the state statistics.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
