Article 1

Item 2 of article 2 after words of "Federal Law" to add 1) with the words "and to cases of resettlement of citizens by fund from emergency housing stock in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol";

2) Article 3 to add with part 4.3 following of content:

"4.3. The fund has the right to open personal accounts in the Federal Treasury according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation.";
