For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of objects of tourist infrastructure and further development of cross-border tourism:

1. Establish for citizens of the states according to appendix (further – citizens):

1.1. visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus, departure from the Republic of Belarus through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at road check points Brest (Terespol), Domachevo (Словатичи), Peschatka (Cumans), Item of the simplified omission Pererov (Беловежа), the railway check point Brest (Terespol) *, the check point the Brest airport and temporary stay in the tourist purposes for a period of up to ten days (further – temporary stay) in the territory of Brest, the Brest, Zhabinkovsky, Kamenetsky, Pruzhansky districts of the Brest region, and also Svislochsky district of the Grodno region (further – the tourist and recreational zone "Brest");

1.2. visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus, departure from the Republic of Belarus through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at road check points Bruzgi (Blacksmith shop Belostotskaya), Privalka (Raygardas), Items of the simplified omission Forest (Rudavka), Privalka (Shvyandubre), the railway check point of Grodno (Blacksmith shop Belostotskaya) **, the check point the Grodno airport and temporary stay in the territory of the special tourist and recreational park "August Channel" and the territories adjoining to it *** (further – the August Channel park).
