About establishment of visa-free procedure for entrance and departure of foreign citizens
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of objects of tourist infrastructure and further development of cross-border tourism:
1. Establish visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus and departure from the Republic of Belarus for citizens of the states specified in appendix 1 (further - citizens), at the check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus determined in appendix 2 (further - check points), and temporary stay in the tourist purposes for a period of up to fifteen days (further - temporary stay):
in the visa-free territory Brest-Grodno;
in case of group visit by citizens of the visa-free territory Brest-Grodno, and also the territories of districts of the Brest and Grodno regions which are not part of this territory when following along route of tourist travel.
2. The visa-free territory Brest-Grodno is constituted by the territories of Brest, the Brest, Zhabinkovsky, Kamenetsky, Pruzhansky districts of the Brest region, Grodno, Berestovitsky, Volkovyssky, Voronovsky, Grodno, Lidsky, Svislochsky, Shchuchinsky districts of the Grodno region.
3. The term of stay of citizens in case of visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus and departure from the Republic of Belarus at check points constitutes the term of the tour realized by the subject of tourist activities rendering services in the territory determined in Item 1 of this Decree.
In case of acquisition by citizens of additional tourist services * the term of stay is prolonged. Tour term, including in case of its prolongation, shall not exceed the term of temporary stay.
