About ordering of issue to subjects of business activity of licenses for the right of wholesale trade by alcohol ethyl, and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

For the purpose of implementation of the mechanism of control of wholesale trade by ethyl alcohol, and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products and ensuring protection of interests of the state in this sphere the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of licenses for the right of wholesale trade by ethyl alcohol, and fruit, by alcoholic beverages and tobacco products it (is applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2019 No. 814.

3. Determine that earlier granted licenses for the right of wholesale trade by alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are valid throughout the term for which they are issued, on condition of their re-registration in the three-months term from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Subjects of business activity which obtained licenses for the right of wholesale trade by alcoholic beverages and tobacco products shall provide throughout the specified term to Committee on monopoly for production and turnover of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products such documents:

the statement on the license re-registration which is drawn up on the sample established by this Committee;

notarized copy of the certificate on state registration of the subject of business activity;

notarized copy of the certificate of inclusion of the subject of business activity in the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine;

notarized copies of documents which confirm the property rights, lease or other use of storage facilities;
