Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1230 of October 24, 2006. "About approval of Methodology of the analysis of effects of regulation and monitoring of efficiency of process of regulation" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 170-173, 1321), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in all text of the resolution, and also in the name and in all text of Methodology of the word "and monitoring of efficiency of process of regulation" to exclude;

2) in the resolution:

"4. State office:

perform monitoring of implementation of the analysis of effects of regulation;
