1. Reorganize by transformation "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry" administrative authority into public organization "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry".

2. On behalf of the Government to perform function of the founder of public organization "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry" to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.

3. The public organization "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry" is successor of the rights and obligations of "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry" administrative authority.

4. To make transfer of workers in connection with reorganization of "Intervention and Payments Agency in the field of Agricultural Industry" administrative authority according to the labor law.

5. Approve:

1) ceased to be valid;

2) ceased to be valid;

3) changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 3.
