4. Declare invalid since January 1, 2018 the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 10, 2012 No. PP-1816 "About measures for further streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
