3. Make since October 1, 2012 changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. Declare invalid since October 1, 2012 the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 27, 2008 No. PP-823 "About further measures for streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
