1. Specify separate indicators of the budget of state non-budgetary fund of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further – the budget of fund) for 2017 in part:

increases in the income (part one of Item 1 and subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2016 No. 418 "About the budget of state non-budgetary fund of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2017" and appendix 1 to it) for 530 000 rubles according to appendix 1;

increases in expenses (part one of Item 1 and subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2016 No. 418 and appendix 2 to it) on the 11th 848, the 78th ruble according to appendix 2;

establishments of the size of budget surplus of fund in the amount of the 518th 151, 22 rubles and the directions of its use (part two of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2016 No. 418) according to appendix 3.

2. Approve the budget of fund for 2018 for expenses in the amount of 1 200 000 rubles proceeding from the predicted amount of the income in the amount of 1 200 000 rubles.
