1. Bring in the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine approved by the order of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 for No. 340/16356 (with changes), such changes:

Item 1 of the Section I after the paragraph of third to add 1) with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
