1. Approve the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services it (is applied).

2. Approve the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of rates (are applied).

3. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Kostiuk M. D.):

3.1. Provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3.2. Provide timely bringing this order to data of consignors, consignees and the populations of Ukraine.

4. Declare invalid the Collection of cargo rates railway transport of Ukraine (Tariff management No. 1), approved by the order of Ministry of Transport of Ukraine of 15.11.99 No. 551, registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.12.99 for No. 828/4121. Final settlement of payments for transportation of goods which are sent till 30.04.2009 inclusive to carry out according to the Collection of cargo rates railway transport of Ukraine (Tariff management No. 1).

5. Recognize invalid orders of Ministry of Transport of Ukraine and Mintranssvyaz which list is given in appendix.

6. This order becomes effective since May 1, 2009.
