2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

These rules of forming and use of reserve of fund of social medical insurance on covering of contingencies (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 5-1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2015 "About compulsory social medical insurance" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for forming and use of reserve of fund of the social medical insurance directed to covering of contingencies.
