About determination of the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category, and state bodies which perform approval of issue of permissions of the second category in the field of hydrocarbons
According to the subitem 4) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine:
1) the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category in the field of hydrocarbons according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) state bodies which perform approval of issue of permissions of the second category in the field of hydrocarbons, according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
