About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus by the vehicles leaving the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2015 No. 305 "About system of electronic queue of vehicles at check points" the following changes:

in subitem 2.5:

in word part one "to regional executive committees" shall be replaced with words subordinates "subordinated to local executive and administrative organs";

add the subitem with part of the following content:

"Operators of waiting areas have the right to render services in booking in system of electronic queue of time of entrance of vehicles to check points for physical persons and legal entities, being owners (owners) of vehicles;";

in subitem 2.6:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"For the purpose of ensuring functioning of system of electronic queue in waiting areas part of the money received from collection of payment for booking in system of electronic queue of time of entrance of vehicles to check points is listed by the operator of system of electronic queue to operators of waiting areas according to the procedure and the sizes determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";

"after transfer of part of these means according to part two of this subitem" to exclude from word part three.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

arrange issue of omissions on the right of extraordinary entrance to the territory of road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, having established the exhaustive list of the bases granting the right to these omissions;

provide reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
