System of state planning in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The system of state planning in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - System of state planning) is complex of the interconnected components consisting of documents on long-term (over 5 years) and medium-term (from year to 5 years inclusive) the periods, participants, the principles and elements of process management and data.

State planning covers activities for forming of measures, methods of achievement of results and the solution of tasks for social and economic development, growth in prosperity of citizens, strengthening of homeland security of the country and optimal resource allocation.

2. The basic principles of System of state planning are:

1) chelovekotsentrichnost - orientation of the purposes, tasks and indicators of results on improvement of quality of life and growth in prosperity of the population;
