About modification and amendments in Rules of certification of products

According to the Regulations on the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 5, 2004 No. 373, I order:

1. Make changes and additions to Rules of certification of products, the CEO of the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification approved by the order of February 25, 2005 No. 59 (рег. No. 1458 of March 18, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 10-11, 86), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes and additions made to Rules of certification of products

1. State Item 18 in the following edition:

"18. The term of registration and issue of the certificate of conformity on products (except vehicles) from the moment of submission of all necessary documents (test reports, the act of inspection, the sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary conclusions, the conclusion of environmental assessment) shall not exceed three working days.".
