2. Approve provision, structure and the list of the company and other organizations of system of the Agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2 and 3).

2(1). Establish the extreme number of the employees of the Agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan financed by the republican budget in number of 50 units (without service personnel).

2(2). Permit the Agency of civil aviation to have under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan two deputies, including the first deputy and board in number of 5 people.

2(3). Set limit of office cars for the Agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 3 units.
