2. Approve the charter and structure of public institution Tochikfilm (appendices 1 and 2).

3. Determine the extreme number of staff of public institution Tochikfilm in number of 312 units at the expense of means of the republican budget.

4. Permit public institution Tochikfilm to have 2 deputy directors, including the one first deputy, and also board as a part of 7 people.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan since January 1, 2018 salary fund and financing of other expenses connected with activities of public institution Tochikfilm according to Item 3 of this resolution.

6. To committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve other organization-legal issues of public institution Tochikfilm, film studios Tadzhikfilm and the state unitary enterprise of cinema and video "Tochikkino".
