1. In the subitem "b" of Item 15, Items 16 and 17 of the Regulations on provision of delay and (or) payment by installments on debt repayment, the termination of the charge of penalty fee, and also write-off of penalty fee and penalties on payments in the budget and the state trust funds approved by the resolution of the Republican commission on reducing overdue receivables and payables and to strengthening of discipline of payments in the budget of December 10, 2004 No. 60 (рег. No. 1442 of January 14, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 2, of the Art. 15) of the word "Ministry of Labour" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of employment and employment relationships".
2. This resolution is approved with the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
