About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses
Due to the adoption of law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine" of March 23, 2000 No. 1595-III and carrying out the administrative reform implemented by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 15, 1999 No. 1573/99 "About changes in structure of the central executive bodies" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses which are applied.
2. Declare invalid order МВЭСторга of Ukraine of 28.04.98 No. 248 (with changes and amendments).
3. Delegate to the relevant managements of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations and the Ministry of Economics of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (in their consent) the right of registration and issue of one-time (individual) licenses, according to Regulations on procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses.
4. To provide to management of non-tariff regulation together with the head legal department registration of this order in Ministry of Justice in the time established by the legislation.
5. Provide to administrative department publication of this order in the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper after state registration in Ministry of Justice and bring this order to permission of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Goncharuk A. I.
