About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on privatization of housing stock No. 1324/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of June 27, 2006), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 5:

in part (4) offer: "If in case of privatization of housing the area of the apartment (house) was less standard rate, stipulated in Article 10, citizens are the owners of the apartment (house) staying on the registry for improvement of housing conditions, have the right to participate in free privatization of housing in incomplete construction apartment houses according to the current legislation." to exclude;

2. In part (1) Article 17:

in the subparagraph the eighth to "families with five children" shall be replaced with words words to "families with three children";

add part with the subparagraph of the following content:

"to families of the persons which by force left the residence in east regions of the country and which did not have opportunity to return on the former residence (internally displaced persons from east regions of the Republic of Moldova) – it is non-paid.".

Art. II. – In article 59 of the Law on housing No. 75/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
