About approval of the Procedure for issue of permissions by the State committee on supervision of labor protection and its territorial authorities

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" and to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 16, 2003 N 29 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides "Questions of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection":

1. Approve the Procedure for issue of permissions by the State committee on supervision of labor protection and its territorial authorities which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 6, 1993 of N831 "About Approval of the Regulations on Issue by the State Committee on Supervision of Labor Protection to the Owner of the Company, Organization, Organization or to the Body of Permission to the Beginning of Work of the Company, Organization, the Organization Authorized by It" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, N 2, the Art. 49).
