the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 15, 2003 No. 1631 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of permissions by the State committee on supervision of labor protection and its territorial authorities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 42, the Art. 2222);

Item of 11 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2004 No. 313 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 617).
