About entering of amendments into some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 4 of the Law on administrative decentralization No. 435/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 29-31, 91), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

part (to add 1) with Item o) the following content:

"o) assistance in the procedure provided by the law to protection located in the subordinated territory of cultural heritage and monuments built in public places.";

part (to add 2) with Item l) the following content:

"l) assistance in the procedure provided by the law to protection located in the subordinated territory of cultural heritage and monuments built in public places.".

Art. II. – In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 14 to add 2) with the Item v-1) of the following content:

"v-1) assists in the procedure provided by the law to protection of the located in the subordinated territory of immovable cultural heritage (archaeological monuments, historical and cultural monuments), non-material and movable cultural heritage, monuments built in public places, cultural and natural reserves;".

2. Part (Article 29 to add 1) with the Item h-1) of the following content:

"h-1) assists in the procedure provided by the law to protection of the located in the subordinated territory of immovable cultural heritage (archaeological monuments, historical and cultural monuments), non-material and movable cultural heritage, monuments built in public places, cultural and natural reserves;".

3. Part (Article 43 to add 1) with the Item r-1) of the following content:
