For the purpose of ensuring realization of institutional transformations in the sector of public administration by means of investment projects, according to Articles 28 and 29 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on forming of the list of the investment projects realized in the form of the capital investments financed from the republican budget according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming of the list of buildings and objects for the state needs and their financing at the expense of means of the republican budget" of September 11, 2006 No. 652;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 11, 2006 No. 652 "About approval of the Regulations on forming of the list of buildings and objects for the state needs and their financing at the expense of means of the republican budget" of April 4, 2008 No. 123;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of selection criteria of objects of education for inclusion in the list of the objects and buildings financed from the republican budget" of December 26, 2014 No. 732.
