For the purpose of streamlining of questions of forming of the list of the investment projects realized in the form of the capital investments financed from the republican budget according to Articles 28, 29 and 58 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on forming of the list of the investment projects realized in the form of the capital investments financed from the republican budget according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming of the list of the investment projects realized in the form of the capital investments financed from the republican budget" of December 30, 2017 No. 855;

2) Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning pricing" of September 27, 2022 No. 530.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
