About modification of Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts

Bring in the Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 39, Art. 5259; 2015, No. 26, Art. 3904; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6647; 2017, No. 1, Art. 207; No. 33, Art. 5184), following changes:

a) add with Item 8 (1) the following content:

"8(1). Conditions of the accompanied contract signed for ensuring federal needs which transactions on execution according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation are subject to reflection on the personal accounts opened in territorial authorities of the Federal Treasury or on which treasurer providing obligations is performed except the conditions provided by Items 6 - 8 these rules include obligation of the supplier to specify in contracts (agreements) signed by it for the purpose of execution of the accompanied contract and also in the payment documents and documents confirming payment reference, the identifier of the public contract created according to the procedure, established by the Federal Treasury and also to provide specifying by collaborators in such documents of the specified identifier.";

b) in Item 9 of the word "Items 7 and 8 of these rules" shall be replaced with words "Items 7 - 8(1) these rules".
